The following are bills that I sponsored or co-sponsored this week -
H4037 - Tourism - This bill allows appeals from the Tourism Expenditure Review Committee to be heard by the appropriate county delegation and not the administrative law court.
H4059 - Sobriety Test - This bill would require investigating officers to offer a sobriety test to driver's who are involved in traffic accidents where a death occurs.
H4062 - Vehicle Registration - This bill would require a person who is registering a vehicle in this state to have a valid South Carolina driver's license or identification card.
