Week Ending 25 April 2009
The following are bills that I signed onto as co-sponsor this week -
H3888 - Protecting South Carolina Businesses- This bill protects our new car auto dealers from forcing them to shut down without proper compenstation, etc.
H3939 - Consumer Protection - This bill would limit the number of medical services requiring pre authorization by insurance companies.
H3946 - Tax Code Update - This bill modifies the inflation rate adjustment in the state income tax brackets.
