The following are bills that I signed onto as co-sponsor this week -

H3762 - Agriculture - Bill to establish "Our Farms Our Future" license plates.

H3784 - Tort Reform - Bill that extends protection to municipalilties from lawsuits arising from certain accidents.

H3785 - Child Protection - Bill makes it illegal for a school bus driver to use a cell phone while driving.

H3786 - Child Protection - Bill increases the penalty for those who murder children by child abuse to include the death penalty.

H3800 - Child Protection - Bill expands the types of positions who must report child abuse to the proper authorities.

H3802 - Education Reform - Bill that creates tax credits for parents to encourage them to choose the school most appropriate for their child.

H3804 - Precincts - Bill that splits certain precincts in Greenville County so that voters will be able to vote in a more efficient manner.
