The following are bills that I signed onto this week as a co-sponsor:
H3601 – Elderly Protection – Expands the list of statutory aggravating circumstances for purposes of the death penalty to include the murder of a person seventy years old or older.
H3640 – Budget Reform – Requires the Governor and the House to use “zero-based” budgeting principles when preparing the budget for state agencies.
